What is a Promo Lab Study?
Promotion Lab will enable customers to compare promotion effectiveness across all products tested and identify the optimal Volume, Revenue, and Margin Uplifts across different segments as well as Revenue Uplift vs Rational Price. Promotion Lab study is based on two scientific methodologies A/B testing and a simplified Choice-based Conjoint. A/B testing asks respondents to choose among 4 SKUs. Statistical analysis is used afterward to determine which promotion mechanism performs better compared to the baseline. Users will gain insight across the overall sample of a market-tested as well as the opportunity to create key segments such as channels, retailers, specific demographic, and more to unlock powerful insight to tailor their pricing strategy accordingly.
