Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

 

Introduction

These Prize Draw Terms and Conditions apply to the PriceBeam RGM Pulse 2026 Prize Draw and set out the rules for participation, eligibility, entry methods, prize details, and winner selection. By entering the prize draw, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as PriceBeam’s Privacy Policy.

1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility 

  • Open to individuals aged 18 or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. 
  • Open worldwide except where prohibited by law. Void where restricted or taxed by law. 
  • Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible. 
  • One entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries are not permitted. 

3. Entry Period 

Opens: 5 January 2026, 00:01 GMT. Closes: 8 February 2026 23:59 GMT. Entries received outside this period are not eligible. 

4. How to Enter 

  • No purchase necessary. Participation in the survey is not required to enter or win. 
  • Survey entry: Complete the RGM Pulse 2026 survey and provide a valid business email in the contact section. 
  • Alternate method of entry: Email info@pricebeam.com with subject line “RGM Pulse 2026 Prize Draw Entry” and include your full name, company, country, confirmation that you are 18 or older, and the statement “I accept the Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.” Entries received via this method have the same odds of winning. 

5. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value 

  • First prize: €500 (one winner). 
  • Second prize: €250 (one winner). 
  • Third prize: €50 (five winners). 
  • Total approximate retail value: €1000. Prizes may be issued as electronic gift cards or bank transfer at Sponsor’s discretion. 
  • No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption except as required by law or at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

6. Winner Selection and Notification 

  • Winners will be selected in a random drawing within 14 days after the Entry Period ends. 
  • Winners will be notified by email at the address provided. The notified winner must respond within 10 calendar days. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected. 
  • Limit one prize per person. 

7. Prize Fulfillment 

  • Prizes will be fulfilled within 30 days of winner verification unless a longer period is required by law or due to reasonable administrative delay. 
  • Prizes will be paid in EUR or an equivalent currency at the Sponsor’s discretion. Any bank fees, transfer fees, or currency conversion charges may apply and are the responsibility of the winner unless prohibited by law 

8. Odds 

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

9. Verification and Requirements 

  • Sponsor may require proof of identity, eligibility, and compliance with these Terms before awarding any prize. 
  • Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant. 

10. Taxes and Compliance 

All taxes and any reporting obligations are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may withhold taxes if required by law. 

11. Privacy and Data Use 

Personal data is processed in accordance with the PriceBeam Privacy Policy. See: www.pricebeam.com/privacy. 

Data collected for the prize draw will be used to administer the draw, contact winners, and meet legal obligations. Survey responses are reported only in aggregate. 

12. Publicity 

Where lawful, by accepting a prize the winner consents to the use of their name and country in a winners announcement without additional compensation. 

13. General Conditions 

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the prize draw if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the draw. 
  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable communications or for any technical issues affecting entry or notification. 

14. Release and Limitation of Liability 

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation or receipt or use of any prize, except to the extent caused by Sponsor’s negligence or where prohibited by law. 

15. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK. 

16. Winners List 

For a list of winners, email info@pricebeam.com within 60 days after the Entry Period ends. Sponsor will share first name, last initial, and country of each winner where lawful.
